How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and place your order. You'll get an order confirmation email and SMS immediately.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order is packed or out for delivery, we can no longer make changes. If the item has already shipped, you can use our 7-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Visit our tracking page and enter your order number and email address. You'll see a live status update with estimated delivery time. You'll also receive SMS updates at each stage.
Can I order by WhatsApp?
Yes! Message us on WhatsApp with the items you want, your delivery address, and we'll create an order for you manually.

Do you deliver same-day in Lagos?
Yes, orders placed before 1:00pm on weekdays are eligible for same-day delivery across Lagos Island and Mainland. The delivery fee is ₦1,500. Orders above ₦15,000 qualify for free next-day delivery.
How long does nationwide delivery take?
Orders to other states are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. The delivery fee is ₦2,500–₦4,000 depending on your location.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver within Lagos on Saturdays until 6pm. Sunday deliveries are available for urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp to arrange. Nationwide courier deliveries are weekdays only.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our rider will call you before arrival. If you miss the delivery, we'll attempt a redelivery the following day at no extra charge. You can also arrange collection from our Yaba store.

Where do you deliver and what are the timeframes?
We deliver across all of Lagos (Island & Mainland) and nationwide to every state in Nigeria. Our riders cover Lagos directly, while orders to other states ship via trusted courier partners.
Lagos: same-day or next-day. Other states: 2–4 business days via courier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money, all processed securely through Paystack. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
Is it safe to pay online?
Completely. All payments are processed by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant and used by thousands of Nigerian businesses. Your card details never touch our servers. They go directly to Paystack's encrypted infrastructure.
Can I pay on delivery?
We currently don't offer cash on delivery, as it creates fraud risk and delays for genuine customers. Our Paystack checkout is fast and secure, it takes under 30 seconds to complete.
I made a payment but didn't get a confirmation. What should I do?
Check your email spam folder first. If you still don't see a confirmation within 15 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment reference number and we'll verify and confirm your order manually.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documents. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days to reflect.
What if I received a wrong or faulty item?
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the item and your order number. If we sent the wrong item or a faulty product, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
📱 Products
Are all your products 100% genuine?
Yes, every product we sell is sourced from authorised distributors or official brand channels. We never stock grey market, refurbished, or counterfeit products. If we can't verify authenticity, we don't list it.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year). Some products include a VP Solution additional guarantee. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
Can I see a product before buying?
You can visit our physical store in Yaba (Shop 44, Unilag Shopping Complex) to see and test products. Our opening hours are Monday–Saturday 8am–8pm, Sunday 10am–4pm.

How does the affiliate program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When someone uses your link and places an order, you earn 5% commission on the order value once it's delivered. Commissions are credited to your account dashboard.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000. Withdrawals are processed to your GTBank account (or other major Nigerian bank) within 1 business day of your request.
How do I get my referral link?
Sign in to your account and go to Affiliate Hub. Your unique referral link is displayed there. You can copy it or share directly to WhatsApp and X with one click.
