Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms are an agreement between you and VP Solution Ltd (RC 9571116), of Shop 44, Unilag Shopping Complex, Lagos, Nigeria (“VP Solution”, “we”, “us”).
They apply to the website at vpsolution.com.ng and to the VP Solution mobile app for Android and iOS. Using either means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the shop.
They work alongside our Privacy Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy, which are part of this agreement.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one that was live when you placed it. Changing these terms later does not change an order you already placed.
2. Using the shop
You must be at least 18 to buy from us.
You may browse and buy as a guest. An account is optional, and everything you can buy with one you can buy without one.
If you do create an account, keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has got into it.
You agree not to use the shop to break the law, not to interfere with it or try to get into parts of it that are not yours, not to scrape it automatically, and not to resell what you buy as if you were an authorised dealer for the manufacturer.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used for fraud or abuse. Where we can, we will tell you why.
3. Products, descriptions and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and a manufacturer may change packaging or a minor specification without telling us.
Stock. Listing an item is not a guarantee that it is in stock. If something is unavailable after you have ordered and paid, we will tell you within 4 working days and offer you the choice: a full refund, or an alternative item. Which one happens is yours to pick, not ours.
Prices. All prices are in Nigerian Naira. We do not charge VAT, so the price on the product page is the price of the item – nothing is added to it at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Pricing mistakes. Every retailer occasionally lists a wrong price. Where a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. “Obviously” means a price no reasonable person would take for a genuine offer, not a price you think is a bargain: a phone listed at N800 rather than N80,000. We will tell you what happened and refund you the same day we cancel.
Warranty. Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. A fault that appears after the 7-day return window is handled by the manufacturer’s authorised service centre, and we will tell you where yours is. Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets this out in full.
The warranty period is 90 days from delivery, on everything we sell.
4. How an order is made
Putting something in your basket is not an order. Prices and stock can still change.
When you place an order we send an acknowledgement. That confirms we received it, and it is not yet our acceptance of it.
A contract is formed when we dispatch the item. Until then we may still cancel, for the reasons below, and refund you in full.
We may decline an order. Reasons include the item being unavailable, a pricing error, a failed payment, an address we cannot deliver to, or a suspicion of fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.
5. Payment
We accept card, bank transfer, USSD, direct bank payment and QR, all through Paystack’s secure checkout.
We do not offer payment on delivery. An order is paid for before it is dispatched, anywhere we deliver.
Card and online payments are handled by Paystack, a Nigerian payment processor regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Your card details go to Paystack and never to us. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed we may cancel the order.
6. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within the areas shown at checkout. The fee depends on where you are and is shown before you pay. You may also collect from a pickup point where one is offered for your area.
Delivery times, as estimates rather than promises.
- Lagos about 2 working days
- Outside Lagos varies with distance. We will tell you what to expect for your address before you pay, or on WhatsApp if you ask first.
They are estimates because the last part of a delivery is a rider and a road, neither of which we control. If something is running late, ask us and we will find out where it is.
Delivery times run from when the order is confirmed, not from when it is placed.
Please give an address a rider can actually find, and a phone number that will be answered. If a delivery fails because nobody could be reached or the address was wrong, a second delivery is charged – the rider has already made the trip. We will contact you to arrange it.
Risk and ownership. The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or to somebody at your address. They remain ours until we have been paid in full.
Check the parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out when you can return an item, how long you have, what condition it must be in, who pays for the return, and how long a refund takes. It forms part of these terms.
The window is 7 days and visible damage is reported within 48 hours. Those two numbers are the same on both pages.
8. Intellectual property
The VP Solution name, logo, site design, app and our own text and photographs belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Brand names, product images and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the products we sell.
9. Your content
If you post a review, a comment or a product request, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to display it in connection with the shop.
Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or anybody else’s material. We may remove content that breaks this, and we may remove reviews we have reason to believe are not genuine.
10. What we are and are not responsible for
We take reasonable care to keep the shop accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or entirely free of errors.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here takes away rights the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 gives you.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control, including transport disruption, network or power failure, strikes, or government action.
11. The app
We licence you to use the VP Solution app on your own device for shopping with us. You may not copy it, sell it, take it apart or try to reverse engineer it.
The app is provided through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and their terms apply to the download itself.
We may require you to update it. Where an old version can no longer work safely or correctly with our systems, the app will ask you to update before continuing.
We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially affects how you use the app, we will give reasonable notice.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It forms part of these terms.
13. If something goes wrong
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved in one message.
- Email Info@vpsolution.com.ng
- WhatsApp 0811 111 1328
- Address Shop 44, Unilag Shopping Complex, Lagos, Nigeria
We aim to reply within 1 working day.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take it to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, or to the courts.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
15. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Returns and Refunds Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the shop.
